Congratulations Laura Frye who was nominated as the Brandon School District Teacher of the Year. Laura has served the Brandon School District for nearly three decades as a special education teacher and much more. Over the past several years, Mrs. Frye has led the adult transition program which is a program that assists adult special education students with independent living. In this role, Mrs. Frye has brought so many opportunities to her students and has made a long-lasting impact on their lives and those of their families. She is positive, student focused, incredibly creative and a passionate advocate for each of her students. We are fortunate to have such an outstanding educator in our district and it is a great honor to recognize her incredible impact on others.
