Oakwood Update

Hello Oakwood families. Today is the day that you can come to the school to pick up any personal belongings and to drop off library books, and Chromebooks(device drop off for JK, K and 1st grade only). Originally, we planned to do this from 3:00-6:00, but due to the threat of severe weather during our previously scheduled timeframe, we are going to be ready for families to come starting at 1:00 pm. Our hope is that we can get everyone through before the storms start. We apologize for this last minute change, but keeping you and our staff safe is our priority, and it sounds as if the storms could be pretty intense. Please call the office if you won't be able to make it here by 4:00 pm, and we can make other arrangements. The number here is 248-627-1880. Here is the map so that you know where your child's belongings will be and where to drop off the Chromebooks. If you are coming to pick up your child's yearbook, that station will be at the front door with Technology and Library drop off. Coy Stewart Oakwood Principal
