Oakwood Upcoming Events Reminders: Tonight is the Welcome Back Brandon Varsity Football Game. All students are admitted free of charge. Any OE students who want to meet Mrs. Stewart and some of our teaching staff to go onto the field at halftime should meet Mrs. Stewart by the steps leading to the track just before the end of the second quarter. Parents are welcome to come with us, or wait by the steps to meet their children right after the halftime activities are finished. Wojo’s mums orders were due today. If your child maybe left their order in their backpack we can take them on Monday. Homecoming parade is September 22nd at 5:30. Meet your friends and our staff at Ball and Cedar Streets at 5:15 to line up for the parade. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult to participate. Bring candy to throw to the crowd. Spirit week is next week, September 18-22. Monday – Pajama day Tuesday – Crazy hair or hat day Wednesday – Dress your best day Thursday – Mismatch or backwards day Friday – Blackhawk spiritwear – Wear blue and white or Brandon attire.
