  • On page 17, under the Executive Summary, the RFP states that the new website must meet strictly defined accessibility standards by April 26, 2027. However, under Project Objectives, it references April 2026. Could you please confirm the 2027 date is correct?

 The hard compliance date for our district is 2027. 

  • Is there an ideal budget range your team is looking for, or a maximum budget we should be aware of?

We do not have a published target range.

  • For the calendars, would the events be pulled in from somewhere or would they be added/updated/removed directly from the site?

Calendars would be pulled from Google Workspace/Gmail.

  • For the alert system, are these to be pulled from somewhere automatically or would you look to use the website to edit/activate them?

Website to edit.

  • For your integrations, it appears that on your website currently you’re linking out to Google Classroom/WorkSpace, MISTAR, and ParentSquare. Do you want to continue them as such, or is there APIs, embeds, etc. that you’re looking to have integrated with the site?

We will continue to link out to them.

  • For the Social Feed integration, is this currently tied into your Latest News and posting automatically from your socials? If not, how are your social feeds currently integrated?

We do not currently have integrations from socials setup but would welcome seeing options.

  • For the staff directory, what are the fields you are looking to filter by?

This criteria has not been set at this time.

  • For the summervirtual.org transfer, are you looking to have it integrated into the content for the main site or for it to be integrated as a subsite like the 4 school-subsites?

 Subsite.

  • Outside of what you listed, in terms of the hosting automatically handling updates/security patches, are there other requirements you have for the hosting environment?

We have not set additional criteria. Please feel free to detail you hosting performance and availability attributes. 

  • You do note that you’re looking for a robust, secure, or school oriented CMS; but do you have a preference on a particular one currently?

We are open to review all offerings that are submitted.

  • Is there any part of the site that needs to be behind login? If so, would you need a secure file uploads as well, making files only accessible to your two permission groups?

We do not anticipate the being required.

  • Do you have a count on how many pages and documents the website has? Of those, do you know how many would need to be checked/corrected for accessibility?

The public site is available for review.

  • For the content transfer, you’ve noted essential sections of content to be migrated and the archive/removal of outdated content. Would you be working with us in order to determine this, or have it pre-determined? Or do you want us to review and help engage a better use/wording of old content as well?

We would work with the selected bidder to determine content transfer needs.
